Proposed Requirements for Training and Testing Testing for Trainers (NEW April 2011) Any approved training program may offer testing for trainers; the list of approved programs is available at www.azahcccs.gov/dcw. Arrangements should be made directly with the agency providing the test. Some organizations may offer testing as a service and charge a fee. If the fee is paid by an individual (rather than an agency), the organization offering the test must have a license from the Board of Post-Secondary Education. There are guidelines for the testing and a letter template to document results. The following agencies have agreed to be listed here as sites offering testing for trainers. This information is provided only as a service to the public; this listing does not represent an endorsement, and the DCW Committee does not guarantee accuracy. Other agencies wanting to be listed here should contact the DCW Committee at info@azdirectcare.org. Ace Education and Training Center, LLC.
