ARIZONA DIRECT CARE WORKFORCE INITIATIVE

The proposed competencies for homemakers, personal care and attendant care workers have been revised based on input from the community. The latest revisions are posted on this page. These competencies are the basis of the proposed training and testing requirement for direct care workers employed by provider agencies for ALTCS and DES / Area Agencies on Aging.
